Prize Baji's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Prize Baji platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Prize Baji and its members ("you" or "user").

By using the Prize Baji website or mobile app, registering an account, or placing any bet, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Prize Baji's services.

To create an account and use Prize Baji's services, you must comply with the following rules:

• One account only: Each individual may register only one account on Prize Baji. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Providing accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false details may result in your account being closed immediately.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials completely private. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Account transfers are strictly prohibited: Selling, renting, or transferring your Prize Baji account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Contact Information Update: If your phone number or email address changes, notify Prize Baji support immediately.

Prize Baji reserves the right to reject any account registration without providing a reason.

Prize Baji's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

In addition, Prize Baji services may not be used in the following circumstances:

• Accessing the platform from a country where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Immediate family members of Prize Baji employees
• Individuals who have been permanently banned from Prize Baji in the past

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Prize Baji:

• Your Account: All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• No Charges: Prize Baji does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Withdrawal verification: Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals. This is part of our obligation to prevent money laundering.
• Bonus Wagering: To withdraw bonus funds, you must first fulfil the applicable wagering requirement (see the Bonus section for full details).

Prize Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x. The specific requirement for each bonus is listed on its respective bonus page.
• Bonus validity: If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse is prohibited: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by exploiting loopholes will result in account termination.
• Prize Baji's Discretion: Prize Baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Prize Baji:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Prize Baji cancels it on its own discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Prize Baji's rules. Typically, the original stake is refunded.
• Maximum Win: The maximum win limit per bet depends on the specific game or event. Any winnings exceeding that limit will not be paid out.
• Technical errors: Prize Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error or incorrect odds.
• Match fixing: If match-fixing or manipulation is found in any event, Prize Baji reserves the right to void all bets associated with that event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Prize Baji platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access to the system
• Using Prize Baji for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward Prize Baji staff
• Opening an account using a false identity
• Attempting to defraud other members

Prize Baji treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Any data we collect is used solely to improve our services and meet legal obligations.

• Data Collection: Name, phone number, email, and payment details are collected at the time of registration.
• Third Parties: Your information is never sold to third parties. Limited data may be shared only for payment processing or legal compliance purposes.
• Cookies: Prize Baji uses cookies to enhance the user experience.
• Data deletion: Even after account closure, certain information may be retained for a defined period as required by law.

Prize Baji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Under court order or government directive
• In cases of suspected fraud or dishonest activity

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Inactive accounts may be subject to a ৳100 monthly maintenance fee.
